BIM: a digital solution for construction projects

The Building Information Modeling (BIM) object library was launched at the start of the year and is gradually being rolled out across the range.

This tool enables construction companies, design offices and architects to visualize Haulotte machines in a 3D model of their site. “This is how we can test the functionality of a machine to verify that it corresponds to the customer requirement” explains Clément Viaouët, Product Manager.

BIM objects help reduce risks and anticipate site developments. “The user has access to all of the technical features and can configure them” says Arnaud Colasse, R&D Engineer/P3 Concept Leader. This project also mobilized the Argès design office (Romania) for the technical data.
