The new location is 3 times the size of the old facility and includes 550sqm of office space; 3,000 sqm of warehousing; and 5,300 sqm of container hardstand. The new building holds a broad selection of Haulotte mobile elevating work platforms and telehandlers to respond quickly to customers’ critical business requirements. The extra space will allow Haulotte Australia Pty Ltd to grow its business and improve its service offer. The large parts department will speed up delivery process, increase the subsidiary’s efficiency and allow for future expansion in its parts holding. The building also includes training facilities to enhance customers’ skills and promote the safe use of its equipment.
The official ribbon-cutting ceremony took place in attendance of Haulotte corporate governance. “This inauguration marks a new chapter and emphasizes our commitment and confidence in the Australian powered access market”, says Alexandre Saubot, CEO of Haulotte Group. “We cannot be happier: the new facility will allow us to cater more broadly to our customers’ logistical needs”, adds Keith Clarke, General Manager of the Australian subsidiary.
