Teams from Reims train using Haulotte Academy!

For years from the moment they joined Haulotte, employees at the Reims factory have undertaken training on different topics so they can be ready to do what their job demands. Frédéric Gouby, who has been a trainer for three years at the factory, has taken the plunge! He now uses the Haulotte Academy platform to educate his trainees:

“By using the platform, I save time so I can monitor and assess our employees. Gone are the days of stacks of tests to correct!”

To support the digitalization of training, six tablets are available on the site: “The Haulotte Academy app is easy to use! It is also one way to modernize how we run training sessions.”

Have you tried it out yet?

TESTIMONIES

Nicoleta-Andreea RUSCEA - IT Project Manager

Congratulations Andreea, no one else has spent more time learning on LinkedIn Learning than you! Can you tell us why you got so hooked on it?

“I received my PMP® (Project Management Professionals) certificate in 2013, but I have to renew it every three years. To renew it this year, I needed to get new and different Professional Development Units, or PDUs. Since I’m a project manager, I can claim about eight PDUS by doing presentations, webinars as well as spending some hours on studying in areas of technique, leadership, strategy, and business. I can’t renew the certificate if I don’t have enough PDUs. For 2019 and previous years, I obtained PDUs with the Project Management Institute (PMI), but the platform was cumbersome and costly…

This time round, I tried finding content on LinkedIn Learning. In fact, I found that there was content that would get me enough PDUs! I highly recommend LinkedIn Learning because it helped me improve my technical and non-technical skills. Depending on your interests, you can access and follow the content according to your schedule and workload without getting lost. The content on LinkedIn Learning was perfect for preparing my certification renewal and it fully met my requirements.”

TIPS

Learn when you want, where you want with the Haulotte Academy app on your smartphone!

When you want: you can learn at the times when you are most focused, while respecting your professional commitments. Just like how everyone would like it to be.
Mix and match the lessons to suit you!

Where you want: it does not matter where you are to take lessons.
Choose where you feel comfortable: in the office, on the train, in the car (but only listening to podcasts, of course), on your sofa.

You don’t even need an internet connection to learn, just download the content beforehand!

Future L1 Trainers Meet Up at H3!

Since the pandemic began, the Training Service teams had stopped instructing future trainers in person. But at the end of June 2022, six employees from Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Spain, France, and a Swiss partner came to the headquarters to take their Level-1 Trainer course.

Over recent years, the Training Service has produced around 45 new trainers to provide support when the Training Service carries out training at subsidiaries and with customers.

To be up to the task in their new role, a two-week program (one week of theory, one week of practice) developed their technical and soft skills, such as verbal and non-verbal communication, group management, educational design of in-person training, advice and good practices for leading a training session, the basics of hydraulics and electric, among other topics.

It was great to meet up once again and train together!
