This year, 2022, is a key point in our strategic vision as it closes the cycle that began in 2018 and ushers in our new plan: Ambition 2025.

These last few years have overflowed with strategic projects: the new H3 headquarters, new commercial conquests, a new factory in China, the new BLUE range, digitalization, a management program and many others. Today, we are turning the page and will work on going further and deeper along the path we have taken.

Ambition 2025 puts innovation at the heart of our vision. We are at a complicated conjuncture where Chinese competition is growing, and innovation is a key component in staying in the race. In this sense, the business collective that makes up the Industrial Hive provides us with the opportunity to launch inspirational initiatives. A score of employees have joined study or project circles in the Industrial Hive where they will work on a diverse range of topics such as the circular economy, cybersecurity and other digital areas. This work will advance our products, processes and offers while making us more agile and cognizant of our talent.

But innovation also lets employees convey what they want! We have already started supporting this with an unprecedented intrapreneurial push sponsored by three Executive Committee members. This is also the basis of our leadership model: re-imagining work across divisions and breaking down silos to improve managerial effectiveness.

Lastly, innovation is at the heart of what we offer, demonstrated by two completely new projects: the SMART program that expands the scope of our services and the RESTART Center—an example of the circular economy which fits in with the CSR policy we officially launched in June last.

Our current environment is very difficult and we are supporting all our commercial and industrial teams as they fight on through challenges every day. With Ambition 2025, the Group is giving itself the tools to move forward with eyes set on the future.
