Haulotte, Learning Company
Everyone can freely access training modules to develop their professional and personal talents. This innovative service is part of our ambition to become a Learning Company.
Just one year ago during the global health crisis, the Haulotte Academy was launched for the Sales & Service teams to support the sale of new products and global solutions. This tool has proved its worth, and now everyone can benefit from it!
All you need to do is log in to access face-to-face or electronic training modules created by the teams in-house.
The Haulotte Academy is designed to host the skills and know-how specific to the Haulotte business lines. For other more “generic” training, the important thing is to be able to make it available to employees.
Therefore, echoing the expectations expressed in our latest Engagement Survey, Haulotte Academy gave you the keys to train using the LinkedIn Learning platform at the start of the year. You will find over 17,200 modules to satisfy your wishes and needs.
Whatever your business line, you can improve your Soft Skills: cross-disciplinary know-how such as the ability to adapt, autonomy and creativity among others, qualities which contribute to our collective performance.
Let’s share our know-how!
Haulotte Academy will thus enable us to capitalize and share our knowledge and know-how thanks to a content catalog that is regularly updated, accessible at any time and available in numerous languages.
The aim is also to encourage the organization of local events or initiatives, both internal and external, such as conferences, trade fairs or learning expeditions, etc. Haulotte thus takes another step in its Learning Company approach.
A strength for the future
Being a Learning Company means adopting a process to adapt, self-renew and remain current! It is by training regularly and sharing knowledge that a company becomes agile, innovative and successful.
The Haulotte Academy is also a link with our Let’s Dare program: more collaboration, more sharing, more autonomy and better team empowerment.
It is now up to us to make this tool our own and develop a learning culture! To encourage this emulation, find out all about the Let’s Grow Together program. The video explains it all:
