HELLO, HAULOTTE? A board game for our Customer Service representatives!

Customer Service representatives now have a new playful and interactive training support to learn best practices: a special Haulotte board game!

With the help of François Bosy on the technical part, we have developed specific examples that enable beginners to practice managing incoming calls, and using our internal tools and processes to provide a fast and efficient service to our customers” explains Evguéniya Soloviova (Customer Service Training Manager).

 

Test sessions are planned for teams in France to adjust the content and make this a collaborative project.

Subsequently, the training kits version for subsidiary trainers in their language will be organized so that they can use it to train new starts.
