Triple certification within reach for the Lorette site (France)

The Lorette site has set its sights on obtaining the triple certification before the end of the year:

• ISO 45001: safety
• ISO 9001: quality
• ISO 14001: environment
  
  

The triple certification helps us improve our business across the board, bringing together customer satisfaction, respect for the environment and good work conditions. In that sense, it provides an effective support for the Group’s vision and strategic objectives.

“We have put work groups in place to involve as many people as possible,” explains Bérenger Dudek, HSE Manager for Europe. “The ISO system focuses on continuous improvement and operational feedback from the field. This means everyone has a role to play, at all levels”.

The process will be rolled out in two stages: first, the codification of processes, followed by compliance with regulatory texts. The method will be tested on a pilot site, before being deployed to all our sites worldwide.
