Last November, LOXAM introduced LOXGREEN, a new range of machines that are more environmentally friendly and respectful of users’ health.

This “green label” offer includes a range of “low emissions” vehicles: electric, hybrid, or dual fuel, with a Stage V engine, or natural gas-powered. The electric, low emissions, and Pulseo Generation machines from Haulotte already have a central role in this offer. By the end of the year, the LOXAM France will have inaugurated twenty LOXGREEN agencies.

On November 17, Maxime Girard (Europe zone Marketing Manager) and Guillaume Van Hoeck (Europe Key Accounts Manager) went to the LOXAM agency in Colombes, one of the first to earn this certification, to present our machines, in particular the HA20 LE, to the agency’s sales representatives and technicians.

This outing was also an opportunity to sit down with Claude Flichy, who has managed this agency’s technical workshop since 2012. He shared his feedback with us about this event and his relationship with Haulotte’s teams in general: “Our workshop technicians are very happy and curious to learn about the innovations and specificities of these machines. The PULSEO Generation machines give them a chance to expand their skill set and increase their versatility. Learning about and working on new technologies in the workshop is an appealing challenge for our technicians. We went over the most important points, best practices, and new features, specifically in terms of battery care and maintenance. These are key issues for us and for our customers.

As for our relationship with Haulotte’s teams overall, it’s going very well on all levels. We are in frequent contact with the technical advisers, the after sales service, the extremely responsive spare parts warehouse, and the technical training teams. It’s a successful partnership. Haulotte’s teams are available, responsive, and always provide us with reliable information and practical solutions.”
