OPEN UP 2022

An event to make you feel at home

On September 14-15 next, H3 will welcome over 130 customers from the four corners of the Earth. Caroline Prost, Operational Marketing Manager, took a break from organizing the event to tell us more.

Caroline Prost

“We’re delighted to organize our first big customer event after the pandemic at H3. Firstly because many have not yet been to our new headquarters and for two years now we have not had the chance to share an immersive experience with our major customers.”

WELCOME HOME: A Two-Day Immersive Experience

“With WELCOME HOME, we want to make this an event where customers can feel at home and socialize, strengthening the bonds that have been forged between us.”

The event, broken into several “experience” workshops, will allow Haulotte experts to present our newest Products and Solutions, latest innovations, and also share our vision for the future. We have a clear goal: Demonstrate our ability to be a pioneer in a market that is constantly changing while being a proper Business Partner to our customers.

The Agenda Over Two Days

The Wednesday (09/14) will begin with a full reception and an unveiling of our new COMPACT scissors platform range, followed by 45-minute workshops throughout the day. The teams have developed each workshop as a participatory gaming event so each customer can be the master of their own experience.

The day will close with a special evening at H3 where guests can visit different areas and enjoy the different entertainment on offer (video games, board games, DJ, cocktail bar, world-cuisine buffet, and others).

Thursday (09/15) will again revolve around various workshops and will close with a plenary meeting.

During the two days, our customers will also be able to enter optional workshops that focus on the specific needs of each commercial area. An external demo zone will be set up to allow participants to test machines of the existing range.

Collaboration at the Heart of Organizing

The event is gradually taking shape with a team of over 40 people working daily to make the event something our guests will remember.

I should add that we also want to make this event a type of window onto our CSR commitments, in partnership with service providers that are helping us in organizing the event. We are doing everything to offer local food from local producers, a choice of technical services with local businesses where we can, and use recyclable materials when we can.

This event will be an excellent opportunity to share our values: RESPECT, RESPONSABILITY, and PERFORMANCE, while demonstrating the power of COLLABORATION.

A special edition of Together in early October will have photos of the two-day event.
