H3 Welcomes the Haulotte France Team for Kick-Off

An afternoon in the showroom to share and socialize

Due to public health restrictions in 2021, Haulotte France had to hold their Kick-Off online, which meant there were few opportunities for colleagues to talk and interact with one another.

The French subsidiary’s teams had to wait until June 16, 2022 to meet up at H3 where the employees there had prepared the showroom to host them (numbering about 60) for an afternoon.

After the traditional greetings over coffee, the event had several items on the agenda:

A welcome message from Frédéric Goncalves, well-received by all teams.
A two-hour presentation on the key figures and important information from each department, the awarding of medals and prizes with speeches by several figures of the subsidiary as well as Alexandre Saubot and Stéphane Hubert who took time out to attend.
A tour around H3, organized by Sandrine Alix (head of the Facility team at H3), allowing some the chance to check out the premises for the very first time.

And finally, there were three workshops, organized to be practical but entertaining, to present new ranges and solutions:
- One workshop focused on the Sherpal remote monitoring solution, hosted by Frédéric Menini.
- A second introduced the new Compact range, led by Baptiste Roland.
- And a third, run by Benjamin Fesquet, demonstrated the Low-Level Access lifts.
